My eczema is basically on my hands and elbows. Very bad on hands since I came off of crutches 2 yrs. ago from a knee accident surgery. I thought I had an allergic reaction to the handles on the crutches, but the peeling hands became worse and worse over time. Have tried adding flaxseed oil...drinking more water...curbing my white diet intake (flour, bread, pasta, sugar, etc.) but nothing seems to help. very frustrating.
